Where and when is Sónar taking place?
Sónar and Sónar+D will take place on 16th, 17th y 18th of June 2022 in Fira Montjuïc de Barcelona and Fira Gran Via de L'Hospitalet.
I have a presale code, how do I use it?
Your presale code will allow you to buy up to 10 tickets (either general admission or VIP) before anyone else.
To redeem your code: select the Sónar event, hit Unlock tickets if you’re on the web or Got a code? if you’re on the app. Enter your exclusive promo code and tap Unlock. You’ll then be able to purchase your ticket/s.
I have a 20% discount code to share with a friend, how do I use it?
If someone's shared a discount code with you, you'll be able to use it to purchase the same ticket type as the person who bought the original tickets ( SonarPass or SonarPass VIP). Make sure you want the same ticket as them and don't use the code if you're planning to buy a different one.

Your unique code will allow you to purchase 1 ticket only.
If you have more than one code:
If you have more than one code, you'll have to send each code to a different person. You can only have 1 discounted ticket per DICE account, so you won't be able to redeem several codes in the same account.
Codes are exclusive and for one use only, so make sure you don't share it with anyone else if you don't want to lose your discount.

Can I send my a ticket to a friend?
Yes, you can buy a ticket for them and then send it in the DICE app.
Sending tickets is super easy: first, make sure that the person you want to send a ticket to also has a DICE account. Go to the tickets tab in the DICE app and choose the ticket you want to send. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see the option to transfer tickets. Enter your friend's phone number, select how many tickets you want to transfer, and that's it!
