BOX OFFICE

We do not sell tickets for future events on-site. If you are interested in purchasing tickets please visit https://dice.fm/ or download the DICE app. 

RE-ENTRY POLICY

Re-entry is not permitted at Avant Gardner events unless otherwise noted. If you purchase tickets to two events happening simultaneously at Avant Gardner, you will not be able to walk freely between the two events (though you may leave one event to go to another, you will not be able to re-enter the room you left).

BAG CHECK

We have bag & coat check year-round, and it costs $6. There are no size or weight restrictions, meaning your baggage is fine if you’re coming straight from the airport.

ALLOWED ITEMS

  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Earplugs
  • Film and digital cameras with fixed lenses
  • Phone charging case or phone charger
  • Small bags (bags larger than 8.5” x 10” must be checked)
  • Cigarettes, e-cigarettes and lighters
  • LED gloves or glowsticks

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Backpacks (large totes, large purses, duffle bags, Camelbaks, and any bag larger than 8.5” x 10” must be checked)
  • Weapons of ANY kind
  • Illegal Substances
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
  • Large Umbrellas (personal sized are okay)
  • Pets
  • Toys of any kind, including stuffed animals
  • Glass or metal containers of any kind
  • Selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
  • GoPros
  • Audio/video recording equipment (excluding mobile phones)
  • Drones or hover cameras
  • No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
  • Totems, hula-hoops or poi
  • CBD, THC, or cylindrical tobacco cartridges
  • Chewing gum

The following documents will be accepted as proof of age for entry:

(a) A valid driver's license or state-, territory-, or province-issued ID card from the US or Canada;

(b) a valid passport;

(c) a valid military ID from the US;

(d) a temporary ID from the US Department of Motor Vehicles, along with the expired ID it is replacing or some other form of photo ID;

(e) a Global Entry card issued by the US.

FORMS OF ID

Here are a few things that won’t count as valid ID:

(a) NYC ID cards;

(b) photographs of identification;

(c) university or high school ID cards;

(d) identification in any language other than English (aside from passports). 

DRESS CODE

There is no formal dress code for any event at Avant Gardner. Shoes, tops, and bottoms are required for entry at every event unless otherwise noted.

CASH & CREDIT CARD

ATM machines are available.

Credit card transactions are available via the Billfold RFID system you can activate on your wristband once you enter. 

FOOD & DRINKS

21+ ID required for purchase of alcohol.

If you have food & beverage related allergies or restrictions, please contact Relations@avant-gardner.com for accommodations prior to arrival. 

SECURITY

Everyone is subject to search upon entry.

NON-DISCRIMINATION

Avant Gardner does not discriminate based on gender or orientation, race, or religion. Non-binary people are welcome to use any bathroom they choose at the venue. Anybody found to harass other guests will be escorted from the venue.

SAFETY & MEDICAL

We care about you more than you know. Medical staff will be located throughout the event and Trained EMTs will be on-hand to address any and all medical incidents.

If you see anyone at the event who appears to be in need of medical assistance, please inform a member of our medical or security team, or even help him/her find their way to the medical area. We are all in this together, so please look out for one another!

RESALE

The venue is not responsible for any issues that may arise with third party ticket companies.

ADA INQUIRIES & ACCOMMODATIONS

For any inquiries regarding medical concerns or ADA-related services please contact our Relations team at relations@avant-gardner.com up to 24 hours prior to arrival and a member will contact you to discuss accommodations.

Will there be any COVID-19 pandemic safety measurements in place?

We will be actively working closely with all local and state authorities on any necessary measures. For the safety of our attendees, we will follow local health officials and CDC’s recommended guidelines that are current at the time of the event.  

An update will be provided via email to all ticket holders regarding patron safety measures and procedures closer to the event date.
