Why don't we automatically transform our ticket under the terms of Portuguese Law 10-I / 2020 into a voucher for shows to be held until December 31, 2021?

In the case of promoters such as Pic-Nic Produções that hold only one event such as NOS Primavera Sound, it would be the same as to exchange one title for another, both granting the same right to reimbursement as of January 1, 2022.

In case the ticket for the 2022 edition is more expensive, will I have to pay the difference?

No, that is one of the advantages of using your ticket in the next edition.

You said you would start the refund process on June 15th 2021. How come the date changed to January 1st 2022?

Last year, when we announced the ninth edition postpone to 2021, we truly believed we would be able to actually make the festival happen. For that reason, and because we know how difficult times have been, we anticipated the deadline for refunds under the Portuguese Law 10-I/2020 to immediately after the festival’s dates (June 2021). As we, unfortunately, need to postpone the ninth edition again for 2022, the refunds will start on January 1st 2022 as per the Portuguese Law 10-I/2020.

I want my money now, why do I have to wait?

Like last year, all tickets purchased for the 2020 and 2021 edition are valid for the 2022 edition, and the holder may, of course, request a refund from 1 January 2022 under the terms of Portuguese law 10-I/2020. Thanks a lot for your understanding!

How will you contact me in June?

Your point of purchase will send you an email with all the information about the refund of your 2020-2021 ticket, as well as the announcement of the NOS Primavera Sound 2022 line-up, so that you have the necessary information to decide what your want to do with your ticket. Please don't forget that we need your support.

I want to request my refund now and forget about this. I can wait until June to receive it, but don't want to have to message you again, just take this as my request.

Why did it take you so long to announce it?

From NOS Primavera Sound, we have looked into all possible solutions, both administrative and health-wise, but a time has come when it no longer makes sense to extend the uncertainty and, with attendees in mind, we have decided to postpone NOS Primavera Sound to 2022.

What if I can't make it in 2022?

From June, we will give you all the information about returns and the other alternatives we’re working on. Thank you very much for your understanding!

The line-up that you'll announce in June, will it be final? 

We’re working to announce the festival line up until June 5th.

Will it be the same line-up?

We want it to be a surprise. We’re working on announcing it until June 5th.

The ninth edition of NOS Primavera Sound will happen between 9 and 12th June 2022

I bought the ticket from someone on a resale website, how do I know if it is returned? Can I claim the money?

 A reminder that we don't take responsibility for any tickets purchased on a non-official NOS Primavera Sound ticket vendor.

I bought a day ticket, will I be able to exchange days as soon as the lineup is revealed?

Yes, you will be able to exchange your full festival ticket and/or your day ticket for any given day for the 2022 edition of NOS Primavera Sound as soon as the lineup is revealed.

A friend of mine bought a ticket through DICE’s platform and transferred it to me and I want to be refunded. 

The original buyer is the only one who can ask for a refund. Like last year, all tickets purchased for the 2020 and 2021 edition are valid for the 2022 edition, and the holder may, of course, request a refund from 1 January 2022 under the terms of Portuguese law 10-I/2020.
