Advice for ticket holders

NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2021 has been postponed. As a ticket holder, what do I need to do?

  • NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2021 has been rescheduled, and will now take place between 9th-11th June 2022. 
  • All tickets already purchased for NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2020 and 2021 will be valid for the 2022 edition, and you will need to update your tickets for the new dates if you plan to attend. 
  • We’ll send out an email on Fri 4th June to all fans, to let you know what you need to do. Please note that when you update your ticket, you’ll need to do this via desktop computer (it won’t work in the app). 

I’d like to keep my ticket and attend NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2022. 

If you purchased a weekend ticket for NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2020 or 2021 and you’d like to attend the 2022 edition of the festival, then you’ll need to update your tickets on DICE. We’ll email instructions on how to do this on Friday 4th June. You’ll have until December 31st 2021 to update your tickets to the 2022 event.

Updating and Swapping Tickets

How can I update my tickets so that I can attend the festival in 2022?

As a ticket holder you now have the option to update your tickets to allow you to attend the 2022 edition of NOS Primavera Sound Porto. We’ll send an email on Fri 4th June with more information on this, and a link to update your tickets. 

If you have purchased a Full Festival Ticket, you will need to update your tickets here (log in via desktop, then click on your ticket). The deadline for updates is December 31st 23:59pm.

If you have a Day Ticket, and would like to update your ticket to allow you to attend on the same day in 2022, you will need to update your tickets here (log in via desktop, then click on your ticket). Again, the deadline for updates is December 31st 23:59pm.

Please note that any of the options you choose will change for EVERY ticket in your original order. If you would only like to update some of your tickets, please shoot us a quick email at nosprimaverasoundtickets@dice.fm, and we’ll help get you set up.

I’d like to swap my Day Ticket for a different date. How can I do this?

If you previously purchased a Day Ticket for the 2020 or 2021 editions of the festival, you will have the option to swap to a different date for 2022, if you’d like to. 

If you have a Day Ticket, and would like to attend on a different day of the event in 2022, you will need to update your tickets here (log in via desktop, then click on your ticket). Again, the deadline for updates is December 31st 23:59pm.

Please note that any of the options you choose will change for EVERY ticket in your original order. If you would only like to swap some of your tickets, please shoot us a quick email at nosprimaverasoundtickets@dice.fm, and we’ll be able to help get you set up.

If you purchased a FNAC ticket, you will need to update your tickets here (log in via desktop, then click on your ticket and follow the prompts).

I am receiving an error message on the website, what do I do?

If you run into any errors swapping your tickets, please take a screenshot and email it to nosprimaverasoundtickets@dice.fm for assistance. Please outline the action you are trying to take and provide details about your original order, and our team will be back in touch with you as soon as they can. Please note that we are currently extremely busy, so replies may take up to 48 hours.

Refunds

How can I get a refund for my 2020 ticket?

If you purchased a ticket for the postponed 2020 edition of NOS Primavera Sound Porto, and you’re unable to make it for the 2022 dates, you’ll be able to request a refund for your tickets. The window for requesting a refund runs from June 11th 2021 and ends 23:59pm BST July 1st 2021. NOS Primavera Sound Porto will email all eligible ticket holders with more information on this. Please note that refunds can only be issued to fans who have not already exchanged their tickets for the 2021 or 2022 edition of the festival.

Once the refund request window is finished on July 1st, your money will land in your account within 60 days. We can only issue refunds to the original payment method used to purchase tickets. 

How can I get a refund for my 2021 ticket?

If you purchased a ticket for the postponed 2021 edition of NOS Primavera Sound Porto, and you’re unable to make it to Porto for the 2022 dates, you’re sadly not yet able to request a refund for your tickets. This option will become available at a later date, in accordance with the local legally established terms. 

The good news is that all NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2021 ticket holders can now request a replacement voucher, which will allow them to attend NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2022 or 2023.


On Sale

When will tickets go on sale, and how much will they cost?

Full festival tickets and day tickets for NOS Primavera Sound Porto 2022 will go on sale Friday 4th June at 12pm BST.

Tickets are priced at 140 € (+ booking fees) for Full Festival Tickets, and 60 € (+ booking fees) for Day Tickets.

Are VIP tickets available? How much do they cost and what’s included?

VIP festival tickets are also available, exclusively on DICE. VIP Full Festival tickets are priced at 200 €, and include a welcome pack, discounts on drinks in the VIP area and access to areas with exclusive views.

How can I find out who is playing the festival?

General DICE Queries

I have changed my mobile number/email address since my original purchase. What should I do?

Please reach out to nosprimaverasoundtickets@dice.fm to update your personal information, including the phone number and email address linked to your account, as well as your date of birth and your new details. The team will then get you set up.
