Primavera Sound 2022 Barcelona - Sant Adrià

Primavera Sound 2021 has been postponed. As a ticket holder, what do I need to do?
Primavera Sound 2021 has been postponed, and will now take place across two weekends in June 2022. You will need to decide if you want to keep your original ticket or not. 

Depending on the ticket you have, you might also have the option to swap to a different date or upgrade your weekend ticket to allow you access to both weekends of the festival. The upgrade will incur an additional cost. If you don’t want to attend on either weekend you will be given the option to request a refund from June 1st onwards. We’ll be in touch with more info on this on that date.

Please be aware that there are deadlines for some of these actions:

  • Tickets can be swapped from May 25th to June 1st 2021.
  • Upgrades can be requested before June 1st 2021.
  • Refunds can be requested from June 1st to June 16th 2021.

What tickets are available for Primavera Sound 2022?

Types of tickets:

  • Day Tickets - for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
  • Brunch-on Sunday Tickets
  • VIP Tickets
  • Weekend Tickets (as listed below)

Weekend 1 ticket gives you access to:

  • Weekend 1: 2nd-4th June
  • Primavera a la ciutat: 5th-8th June
  • Brunch-on the Beach: 12th June

Weekend 2 ticket gives you access to:

  • Primavera a la ciutat: 5th-8th June
  • Weekend 2: 9th-11th June
  • Brunch-on the Beach: 12th June

Weekend 1 + Weekend 2 Primavera Sound 2022 Barcelona - Sant Adrià gives you access to:

  • Weekend 1: 2nd-4th June
  • Primavera a la ciutat: 5th-8th June
  • Weekend 2: 9th-11th June
  • Brunch-on the Beach: 12th June

Upgrades

You could upgrade from one weekend to two weekends. 

I want to upgrade my ticket and attend both weekends of Primavera Sound 2022
Please email help@dice.fm to request an upgrade.

Upgrades are only available to fans who have purchased Full Festival or VIP Full Festival Tickets (either with or without Refund Protect). If you have purchased one of these tickets you will be eligible to purchase an upgrade, which will allow you to access the second weekend of the festival. Upgrades do incur an additional cost.

Upgrades are priced as follows:

  • UPGRADE - Festival Ticket (Weekends 1 and 2) - €205
  • UPGRADE - Festival Ticket (Weekends 1 and 2) + Refund Protect - €214.95
  • UPGRADE - VIP Festival Ticket (Weekends 1 and 2) - €415
  • UPGRADE - VIP Festival Ticket (Weekends 1 and 2) + Refund Protect - €435.40

The Weekend 1 and 2 pass gives you access to the entire programme of the festival from June 2nd to 12th, and also gives you priority access to Primavera a la Ciutat concerts.

If you emailed in to request an upgrade before the deadline on June 1st, we’ll get back in touch with you via email to confirm your choice, send you a unique promo code, and to coordinate payment. 

I've been sent my upgrade code. How do I redeem it?
Select the event page for tickets you want, hit Unlock tickets if you’re on the web or Got a code? if you’re on the app. Enter your exclusive promo code and tap Unlock. You’ll then be able to purchase your upgrade. Your unique code will allow you to purchase the upgrade tickets of your choice. Please note that you will not be able to upgrade to a different ticket type.

When using your code, you can select the same amount of tickets (or less) that are already on your account (e.g. 2x Weekend tickets = 2x Upgrade tickets). Any accidental purchase of additional tickets will be revoked at a later date. Please note: You have until 30th June to complete your upgrade.

I’d like to keep my ticket and attend Primavera Sound 2022.
If you purchased a weekend ticket for Primavera Sound 2021 and you’d like to attend the 2022 edition of the festival, you do not need to take any action. Your ticket will default to Weekend 1 of the 2022 festival. 

Brunch-on The Beach
If you’ve purchased Brunch-On The Beach tickets, they will automatically be valid for the new date on the 12th June 2022. 

How do I swap my ticket for a different date?
If you’d like to swap your Primavera Sound 2022 Weekend 1 ticket to a Weekend 2 ticket, then you’ve got until 23:59pm CET on Monday May 31st to do so.

After that point, please email the Fan Support team at help@dice.fm, and the team will be able to update you on your options. Please note that we can only allow swaps from Weekend 1 to Weekend 2, and not the other way around.

Refunds for 2020 and 2021 ticket holders

How can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds can be requested from June 1st to June 16th 2021. On June 1st we’ll reach out to all fans who have not indicated that they would like to attend Primavera Sound 2022, to give them the option to claim a refund. If you have already swapped your tickets for another day, you will not be able to request a refund.

Once the refund request process is finished on June 16th, your money will land in your account within 14 days. Please only get in touch if you haven’t received your refund by July 1st 2021. Please note that we can only issue refunds to the original payment method used to purchase tickets.

Refund Information from Primavera Sound:
The Primavera Sound refund policy is aligned with the applicable regulations in Catalonia regarding public events (in particular, Ley 11/2009, de 6 de julio, de regulación administrativa de los espectáculos públicos y las actividades recreativas), as well as the applicable consumers law. Furthermore, we have also consulted the consumer authorities in Catalonia and we have received their approval on our refunds system.

When do tickets for Primavera Sound 2022 go on general sale?
Tickets are on sale from 11am CET / 10am BST on Tuesday June 1st 2021.

What is the 2022 line-up?
The line-up is different for both weekends. For more details visit the Primavera Sound site. 

I have changed my mobile number/email address since my original purchase. What should I do?
Please reach out to help@dice.fm to update your personal information, including the phone number and email address linked to your account, as well as your date of birth and your new details. The team will then get you set up.

I am receiving an error message on the website, what do I do?
If you run into any errors swapping or refunding your tickets, please take a screenshot and email it to help@dice.fm for assistance. Please outline the action you are trying to take and provide details about your original order, and the team will be back in touch with you as soon as they can. Please note that we are currently extremely busy, so replies may take up to 48 hours.
