Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

With most events being cancelled in the UK, Australia and the US, we’ve been issuing refunds to fans and will continue to do so. For the handful of events that are currently going ahead, we’ve introduced a live event tracker so you can easily check the status of an event and the organiser’s refund policy. Please know we are actively reaching out to event organisers to request status updates, and they will be updated as soon as we have confirmation.

What happens if the event I have tickets for is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, we'll inform you via SMS and an automatic refund will be made to the original card used. This will be immediately processed by DICE but depending on your bank may not arrive in your account until 5 - 10 days (but usually much sooner).  This can take between 5 - 10 days to be processed into your account (depending on your bank’s speed). 

Will I get a refund if an event is postponed or rescheduled?

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, we'll let you know by SMS and your ticket will be valid for the new date. If the confirmed new date does not work for you please reach out to help@dice.fm ASAP to let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative / a solution from the event partner, subject to their policy.
