Will I get a refund if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled, we'll inform you via SMS and an automatic refund will be made to the original card used. This will be immediately processed by DICE but depending on your bank may not arrive in your account until 5 - 10 days (but usually much sooner).
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, we'll let you know by SMS and your ticket will be valid for the new date. If the confirmed new date does not work for you please reach out to email@example.com ASAP to let us know and we’ll arrange a refund.
