How do I get a refund?

If an event has been cancelled due to COVID-19, you will receive a refund automatically. For the handful of events that are currently going ahead, visit our live event tracker. For the latest COVID-19 updates, head here.  

Got tickets for a sold-out event but can’t make it anymore? Have no fear – DICE does Refunds. Head to your Tickets and open your ticket – if you can see the option to Return Tickets, just follow the instructions.

Your tickets will be offered to the first fan on the DICE Waiting List. If they accept the tickets, DICE will process a refund within 5-10 working days.
