What if things don’t go to plan?

Woah, so you’ve just found out your event has changed, you can’t make the new date, or it’s been cancelled. FFS. But we’ve got you covered. If the event has been straight-up cancelled we notify you and provide a full refund, if a show has been rescheduled you’ll also get a text message letting you know your options.

If you’re low on data or your wifi is on the blink do not worry. Your tickets will become active two hours before doors for your event are scheduled to open, so as long as you’ve been on your tickets page during this time they will be saved in the app and ready for when you arrive.

And if you accidentally delete DICE don’t worry, you won’t lose your tickets - they’ll still be there when you re-download.
