Terms and Conditions - Free Gigs for a Year Competition

  1. Prize: DICE credit to the value of £40 per month for a total of 12 months. The total amount redeemable is £480. Credit can be spent on any number of tickets which must be already available on DICE.
  2. How to Enter: users must purchase at least one ticket on DICE between the 24th - 26th of November 2017. Free gig tickets do not classify as entry into the competition. All users who purchase a ticket within the competition timeframe will be automatically entered into the draw to win the prize.
  3. Eligibility: the competition is available to all DICE app users in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and have registered an account with DICE.
  4. How to Win: One winner will be randomly selected at the discretion of DICE whose decision shall be final. Winners will be contacted via SMS message, email and in-app notification. Winners will be selected the day after the competition closes on the 27th of November. Any winner who does not respond via email within one week of being notified will forfeit their prize, at which point DICE will choose another winner. Only tickets purchased between 24th and midnight on the 26th on November will be applicable for entry.
  5. Prize terms: the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. DICE retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  6. Personal information received regarding the competition will be used in accordance to the DICE privacy policy (https://dice.fm/privacy_policy.html).   7. Governing Law: The competition shall be governed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
