I haven’t received my confirmation email, why?

If you bought a ticket on DICE then we have tried to email you.

Firstly, please check your spam folder.  It might be nuzzled alongside those ‘enlargement’ emails.

Or if you signed up with Facebook, please check it hasn’t gone to an old email address you used when signing up to the social network.

If the tickets are in your app, that’s all you need. You won’t need the email to get in, but we always ask you bring ID just in case. If you’re still unsure about anything please reach out to help@dice.fm.
